This print is taken from the Golden Spiral Series, which is based on a geometric sequence, whereby a series of identically proportioned rectangles, each having a golden ratio of 1.618 or phi, become wider by a factor of phi for every quarter turn that it makes, thus creating a perfect spiral. In nature, the golden spiral is often seen in living organisms, such as the spirals in seashells and plants, and in non-living examples such as the spiral arms of galaxies and the spirals of hurricanes.

This print is taken from the original drawing Squirl Cluster, which has been drawn intuitively using a method of repetition to create an intense cluster loosely based on typographical squirls. This print is taken from Doodlemass, an unlimited series of free-form, three-dimensional doodle drawings on paper. Each drawing evolves from the total consumption of ink from one pen, as if the product of a very long telephone conversation recording a subconscious repetitive flowing thought. Each doodle is transformed from a worthless scribble, destined for the dustbin, into an integral component of a bigger picture.
Each drawing involves a methodical sequence: 1. Select a doodle (no pre-conceived ideas); 2. Start anywhere on the page; 3. Repeat; 4. Continue until pen runs out

There are other worlds is a series of ten photographs exploring mysterious and ethereal landscapes to which the origin and scale remain vague. Forms inhabit these spaces and provide movement to the image by either hovering or skimming through the frame, casting distorted shadows on the colourful saturated surfaces below.
Using photography as a way of classifying the physical existence of such landscapes, There are other worlds is photographed in ‘real time’ in opposition to our knowledge of what is now achieved through computer imagery.
